Voyage of the DelacroixFilmed over the course of a week while sailing through the British Virgin Islands. The Delacroix, our ship, was a Dufour 560 grand large monohull. A few of the islands featured in this film are Norman, Dead Chest, St. Peter, Tortola, Carvel Rock, Virgin Gorda, and Jost Van Dyke. All footage was filmed while on board the Delacroix in 4k at 24fps on the Phantom 4 (which was gifted to me by my wife the day before we departed).
Appalachian RainFilmed during a rainstorm in Weston, Vermont. Shot on the 1DX MK II in 120fps.
18° N 64° WA squall broke out while sailing from Frenchman's Cay to Norman Island yesterday. The storm, now on its way to the Dominican Republic, brought high winds and heavy rain. Forecasts are predicting it will continue to develope into a tropical storm later today and possibly a hurricane later this week. Made for some great B roll! Filmed on the 1DX MK II
